Welcome to Band Guitar Picks !
Category: Poison
Welcome to Band Guitar Picks – a blog that features photos and pictures of guitar picks from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and current rock and pop bands. You can navigate the site by clicking on categories on the right-hand side of the page, or type in your favorite band in the search box. This is a personal site, so until I win the lottery, it only displays picks I actually own, and no picks are for sale. Thanks for looking, and feel free to leave comments! ¤ Jen
UPDATES: 2/14/2010 Since I started bandguitarpicks.com last year, every page has been updated with new picks, so check out each page for new guitar picks. I will periodically list new updates here in the future, so keep checking back!
Aerosmith Guitar Picks
Category: Aerosmith
Here are Aerosmith guitar picks for Tom Hamilton, plus Joe Perry’s Rock Your World picks, and an Aerosmith Rockin’ Roller Coaster pick. The colorful picks are ones they give to fan club members. I want Joe Perry guitar picks, and lots of them - darn it!

80s Hard Rock Guitar Picks
Category: 80s Hard Rock
These are guitar picks from hard rock bands that got big in the 1980s. Bands shown here include: Blue Murder and John Sykes, Bonfire, Dangerous Toys, Def Leppard – Vivian Campbell, Phil Collen, Dokken, Guns N’ Roses – Gilby Clarke, Killer Dwarfs, Kix, Lillian Axe, Living Colour, Quiet Riot, Slammin’ Gladys, Tangier, Tesla, Tora Tora, and Y and T.

KISS Guitar Picks
Category: KISS
Kiss guitar picks from Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, Bruce Kulick, Peter Criss, Eric Singer, and Kiss guitar techs. The Ace and Paul gold and white picks are the first band guitar picks I ever caught (back in 1992 on the Revenge tour). Other picks shown here include ones from the Crazy Nights, Psycho Circus, Alive/Worldwide 96-97, 2000 Farewell, and Ace’s Just For Fun tours. Finally, the three black on white 1979 Dynasty picks for Ace, Paul, and Gene, are my boyfriend’s. Not to make you cringe, but he had them taped to a folder (for 20 years), and I just carefully peeled them free, but they are still sticky:( Note: Do Not put tape on your guitar picks!

Also check out KISS Picks-N-Sticks, where you can see pictures of every KISS guitar pick (not just the ones I am lucky enough to have), KISS tribute band picks, KISS novelty picks, and KISS related bands guitar picks.
Cheap Trick Guitar Picks
Category: Cheap Trick
Cheap Trick guitar picks from Rick Nielson, Robin Zander, and Tom Petersson. The picks shown here are from the various 80s, 90s and 2000s tours, including the Special One and Rockford tours. There’s also a few Pyramid Strings picks. The purple (with gold and red symbol) Rick Nielson pick is for the 2009 Las Vegas show Cheap Trick did where they covered the Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s album. I didn’t go to any of the shows, even though I live in Las Vegas:(

Check out Trick’s Picks to see a more complete set of Cheap Trick picks. I really want those yellow Rockford picks with the cartoon faces, as well as all the Cheap Trick guitar picks I have yet to acquire. It was Rick Nielson throwing tons of guitar picks at the audience that got me totally obsessed with guitar picks. Thanks Rick!
